What we collect
If you contact us, we collect your name, email address and anything you choose to put in your
message. If you join our mailing list, we collect your email address. When online ordering opens we
will also collect delivery and billing addresses and order details. Payment card details are handled
by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
Like most websites, this site records technical information such as your IP address and browser
through its hosting and any analytics we use.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiries, to fulfil and deliver orders, to keep records we are required to keep,
and — only if you have asked us to — to send you occasional emails about the shop. You
can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to provide the service: our website host, our payment provider and our
delivery carriers. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while they are useful and then deleted. Order and tax records are kept for six
years, as required by HMRC. Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to
delete it. Write to us at the address above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your
information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, and will ask your permission before
setting any that are not.
