Ingredients and allergen information
We are not taking orders through this website yet, and this page explains why.
Food sold online in the United Kingdom has to carry allergen information that reaches the
customer twice: once on the website before you pay, and again with the food when it arrives.
We are currently compiling the full ingredients list and allergen declaration for every product
in the range. Until that work is finished for a product, we will not sell it online.
The fourteen allergens
UK law requires these to be declared wherever they are present:
celery · cereals containing gluten · crustaceans · eggs · fish ·
lupin · milk · molluscs · mustard · tree nuts · peanuts ·
sesame · soybeans · sulphur dioxide and sulphites

If you have an allergy or intolerance and want to know what is in a particular product before
ordering by phone, please ask us directly and we will check the specification for that batch.

Please always read the label on the product you receive. Where a product is packed in a
facility that also handles other ingredients, this will be stated on the pack.
