Delivery
Online ordering is not open yet. Delivery options, charges and timescales will be published on
this page before the shop begins taking orders. To arrange an order in the meantime, please call

Returns
When online ordering opens, the following will apply.
If you buy from us online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it,
without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund what you paid,
including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
This right does not apply to sealed food products that have been opened, or to goods that are
liable to deteriorate quickly. Nothing here affects your legal rights if goods are faulty,
not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Something wrong with your order
If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or past its date, contact us within a reasonable period of
receiving it and we will put it right.
