Using this website
The product information on this site is provided in good faith. Packaging and recipes can change,
so please always read the label on the product you receive. Photographs are representative of the
product and small variations in pack appearance are normal.
Ordering
Online ordering is not currently open. When it opens, your order is an offer to buy, and a contract
is formed when we confirm that we have accepted and dispatched it. We may decline an order, for
example where a product is out of stock or a price has been listed incorrectly.
Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies it is included in the price shown. Delivery
charges, when ordering opens, will be shown before you pay.
Food products
Our products are foods and food ingredients. They are not medicines, and nothing on this site is
intended as medical advice or as a claim to prevent, treat or cure any condition. If you have an
allergy or intolerance, please read the allergen information and contact us if anything is unclear.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability
for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your
statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
